The new monitors
The controller modules of the U-ONE(-SAFETY) second generation monitor the status of the entire universal encoder system. The parameterization is carried out using input masks, meaning that complex SPS programming is not necessary. A digital preset input enables the system to be quickly activated and set. The controller module is also optionally available with an additional incremental output for the speed measurement, current output for real-time data, and is certified up to SIL 2 / PL d.
